At Pilates Nelson, the classes are small, and the instructors are fully qualified and experienced. We are dedicated to helping each individual student to achieve their personal goals, whether that is to improve fitness, reduce stress or manage a specific health condition.

As well as offering a range of Pilates mat classes for all levels we offer a gentle Stretch and Myofascial release class on Mondays at 7pm, where we use small equipment to relax and open the body, it is also a great class to unwind and relax your mind.

And Barre class on Wednesdays at 9am is a combination of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga exercise choreographed to music. Designed to tone and shape the body and focus on small, precise movements to target specific muscle groups and improve strength, flexibility, fitness and balance.
